Shipping fees within continental Europe and the GCC is included in the price. Shipments outside this zone or to remote or island destinations (e.g., Iceland, Canary Islands, Madeira, Cyprus) may incur additional freight costs.

We are not liable for delays caused by logistics providers or circumstances beyond our control. Delivery is made to the address specified by the customer.

Ownership transfers to the customer only after full payment has been received. Once ownership has transferred or the goods have been handed over to the carrier for shipment, the risk of loss or damage passes to the customer in accordance with Article 185 of the Swiss Code of Obligations (OR). Apex Motion is not liable for any loss, damage, or destruction occurring after this point.
